Honor a Fallen Warrior

At Take A Warrior Fishing, Inc. we're not just about fishing — we're about creating memories, fostering connections, and showing appreciation for our military community. We have started a process to honor a Fallen Warrior at all Take a Warrior, Inc fishing events.

The Honoring a Warrior Award honors the memory and legacy of a military veteran who has passed away. The award will be presented to the participant, of a Warrior Fishing event, who catches the largest fish of the event. The award celebrates both the Warrior’s service and the spirit of camaraderie, courage, and remembrance that brings everyone together on the water.

To submit a Warrior to be honored, follow the steps below. The Warrior selected will have their name attached to the trophy/award presented to the catch winner. One Warrior will be selected approximately one month before each event. All other nominations will remain in the database for future events.

Family and friends of the Fallen Warrior are invited to present the award to the event winner.
